I have been scratching my head over this for a couple of days now, and it's becoming rather frustrating.
The LFO in the MC-09 seems to always be on, even when the LFO rate is set to 0, and the LFO Filter and Amp depth are set to 0.
The manual has no mention of the LFO outside of basic parameters. The only workaround I can do is to try to make it less noticeable, but it's still there.
Is my unit bad or is this something the MC-09 just does, with no way to turn off the LFO?
MC-09 LFO always on?

Re: MC-09 LFO always on?
I found the answer myself, but basically the LFO is tied to whatever tone is selected.
Certain tones have the LFO always on with no way to completely turn it off. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any note of this in the manual and the tones are not marked by which do or do not have the LFO always on. There is also no pattern to it either, so it's simply that some have it, and some don't.
I will post my findings later here in a spreadsheet or something so that if any one wants to look it up, it will be easy to find.
