System 8 volume on a midi cubase track

Hello,
In cubase , in a midi track, when i up or down the fader , the volume from system 8 don't change.

(from hardware, not the vst version)

of course, when i turn the volume button from s8, it's change the volume,
but if i want make that with a cubase fader, and for now they are no changes
with all the other hardware synths it worked very well. ( For example Juno x )
I suppose they are an option in menu system.
Are there any options on " menu system" that allow this ? Thanks very much

When i want up the volume of System 8 Hardware with cubase ( not the vst version )
In the midi track, the fader don't change anything.
i want to know the good option to operate the volume control with cubase.
