Selling a Fantom upgraded to EX

I'm sorry if this topic has already addressed.

What happens, when an upgraded Fantom to version EX, changes its owner? In other words, what happens if I wanted to sell my Fantom 7 EX to another person? Will the all expansions be erased from the instrument unless the new owner buys them again? Are the expansions linked to my Roland Cloud account? Please shed some light about this (annoying) situation. Thanks

The summary is: You should delete all expansion, and perform a factory reset. The EX upgrade remains. The new owner can reinstall all expansions. All currently existing expansions are free.
