Coarse Control on tr8s via external MIDI controller

Hi,
My setup is quite Simple - mpc1000 as master and tr8s as slave. Im wondering if i could somehow Control the coarse oF sound played on tr8s by hiti g different pads on the mpc. Or is it possibile only by aplying the coarse values on the tr8s manualy?

You'd need some sort of MIDI message processor in between, to convert Note On messages to Tune CC + specific Note number per part.
