I have not seen your name up top in awhile but this is the second time today that I see you are here. Hope all is well!
This has got to be the nicest community on the net. Thanks, Artemio!
Hi MK!
Re: Hi MK!
Hi, FBJ.
Everything is fine. I thought it might be a good idea to stop by with NAMM coming up and see what is happening with the FS. This community is sure different from how it used to be when I visited regularly. It is the best music website because the members get along with each other so well.

Re: Hi MK!
What the hell are you talking about you low down, good for nothing, oh I mean yes, you are exactly correct about this site. Many new people but still little to no problems. Funny thing is that I saw a post on HC awhile back and one of the few people that started problems around here because of such hatred toward the F-S was now seriously thinking about buying one and for all I know he did buy one. I now wonder if he wishes that he did not upset so many people around here way back when so he could enjoy this forum with us? I don’t think Artemio kicked him off and instead he just stays away. I am sure it is best that way.
NAMM is always so exciting. I remember when I first got into synths around the mid 80’s that is was a huge deal then. Not that I am back into it again I am sometimes amazed at how twice a year most synth heads get so excited. What a time to be alive. Seeing such fast paced change in the exciting field of electronics is wonderful. Very costly but still so exciting.
I have 2 NAMM wishes. No new workstation from Roland, because I am selfish, and at least one new dance SRX board.
Would like to see a new workstation from Korg but really don’t care because I won’t be getting it anyway because I am way too happy with my F-S especially since every little problem I have ever had with it has been figured out thanks to the nice people of this forum and because whatever Korg comes out with will not be enough better than the F-S to make me go spend another $2000 or so dollars on one of these things again. In a few more years the advancements will probably be enough to make me get the itch to purchase something new but for now I don’t see anybody coming out with anything vastly superior to what is already out there currently.
So how are the soft synths coming along?
